Quenched & Glowing Winter Skin
It seems glowing skin has become a top sign of healthy skin. You can glow with shimmer oils or highlighter, but a true glow comes from the inside out. By your mindset, your spirit, the amount of water you drink, and the colorful plants you eat.
Lately, I’ve been aiming for plump skin as well. That’s when my skin feels quenched, moisturized and bouncy. With winter weather, you have to moisturize your skin to maintain your glow.
Notice what parts of your body dry out from the cold air. Winter wind is hardest on my hands, but my face, neck, and ankles get hit with lots of freezing air.
Not only does winter weather dry out your skin, the heat in your apartment or home dries out the air around you. This is why extra hydration in the winter is vital.
& to remember: I HIGHLY recommend placing a body oil or moisturizer next to your soap dispensers. Next time you wash your hands, you’ll be reminded to moisturize.
In this post I’m sharing oils, moisturizer, lip butter, and more! These products all have potent, plant-based ingredients! Even if you don’t buy these products, you’ll have an idea of what specific ingredients to look for in a body oil or moisturizer for winter.
